This projects manifests the inherent sense of mystery in a Partial Figure, created by the tension between a vaguely recognizable original figure and its transformation into an alien form. The sense of ambiguity has been emphasized through a combination of various draping techniques. The first layer consists of opaque drapes which hide the original figure, while maintaining some openings to indicate the existence of inner forms. The second layer is composed of a series of semi-transparent drapes which show the overall form of invisible outer figures, while creating an aura that blurs the boundaries between different layers and further develops the effect of mystery.

Architectural Design: Dwelling Code
The ‘Minimal Dwelling Code’ generates a spatial configuration of activities by using three key parameters that define the quality of a living space: light, temperature and privacy. The parametric definition of the dwelling allows for it to respond to not only the individual/cultural preferences of the user, but also the specific climatic/physical dimensions of the site.
A user defines a set of activities and the ideal point within a spectrum of light, temperature and privacy for each. Three grids are then identified according to the conditions of the site; each corresponding to one of the said parameters.
